Zhang et. al. (2024) shows that ginsenoside Rb1 effectively reduces aconitine-induced cardiotoxicity by mitigating myocardial damage and improving heart rate, action potential conduction, and calcium signaling in rats. The optical mapping system was used to record action potential and calcium transient. The corresponding isochronal maps generated were further translated into key electrophysiological parameters by OMapScope, such as conduction time, conduction velocity, APD, CTD, dispersion, etc

Li et. al. (2024) showed that the CS/TA@PAs-Eu can perform adaptive repair of myocardial infarction to prevent left ventricular remodeling and restore cardiac function. In this study, the electrical mapping system equipped with a multi-electrode array (64 channels) provided an excellent tool for evaluating left ventricular conduction and epicardial electrical activation in the whole heart Langendorff setup.
