(2023) demonstrated that exposure to the air pollutant Phenanthrene may increase susceptibility to arrhythmias by impairing both conduction and repolarization at the whole heart and cellular levels. They used an electrical mapping system with a 64-channel multi-electrode array to acquire and plot epicardial isochronal activation maps. The data were then effortlessly computed into conduction velocity using EMapScope software.

Tang et al. (2024) showed that functional Cig/(TA-Cu) cardiac patches facilitate myocardial electrical integration, promote vascular regeneration, and improve cardiac function, offering an effective strategy for cardiac repair. An electrical mapping system equipped with a 64-channel microelectrode array (MEA) was used to acquire and plot epicardial isochronal activation maps. The mapping data were then immediately processed into conduction velocity using EMapScope software.
