Yu et. al. (2023) showed chronological adhesive hydrogel patch monitors diastolic-systolic amplitude and rhythm in the infarcted myocardium online while effectively inhibiting ventricular remodeling, promoting vascular regeneration, and improving electrophysiological function. The optical mapping system was used to measure calcium transient. Activation maps, amplitude, & conduction velocity were further computed by OMapScope software.

Chen et. al. (2024) introduced a novel atrial cardiomyopathy (ACM) model with spontaneous atrial fibrillation by cardiac-specifically overexpressing CREM-IbΔC-X in mice, providing insights into the mechanisms and therapeutic targets of ACM. The electrical mapping system with a multi-electrode array (64-ch) was used to acquire and plot epicardial isochronal activation maps. The data were then computed into conduction velocity by EMapScope software. The effective refractory period (ERP) was obtained by the pacing protocol.
