Liu et. al. (2023) showed CDR1as promotes post-MI arrhythmias via NAMPT-NAD+ pathway, suggesting anti-CDR1as is a potential approach for ischemic arrhythmias. Optical mapping was used to measure action potential. Activation maps, APD, conduction velocity were computed by OMapScope software.

Electrical mapping system with a microelectrode array (MEA) was used to acquire and plot epicardial isochronal activation maps. The data were then computed into activation maps, conduction velocity & pulse amplitude by EMapScope software.
