Liu et. al. (2023) showed that β-adrenergic activation caused AF and abnormal atrial electrical activity, and late INa enhancer ATX-II promoted proarrhythmic activities of isoproterenol in atria. The electrical mapping system with two multi-electrode arrays (MEA, 32-ch) was used to acquire and plot epicardial isochronal activation maps. The data were then computed into activation maps & the inhomogeneity index by EMapScope software.

The data were then effortlessly computed into conduction velocity, the inhomogeneity index, and absolute inhomogeneity by EMapScope software.
