Optical mapping system was used to measure transmembrane potential and calcium transient. Activation maps, APD, conduction velocity were further computed by OMapScope software.

The electrical mapping system with a microelectrode array (6×6) was used to acquire and plot epicardial isochronal activation maps. The mapping data were then effortlessly computed into e.g. conduction velocity, the inhomogeneity index, and absolute inhomogeneity by EMapScope software.
