In this study, multi-channel electrophysiological mapping was used to map ventricular tissues of isolated rat hearts in different groups. By comparing electrophysiological parameters including conduction time, conduction velocity, and dispersion, we demonstrated that MSC single-cell microgels (SCMs) significantly reversed electrophysiological abnormalities after myocardial infarction, shifted the relevant parameters toward normal levels, and effectively restored ventricular electrical conduction function.
