Cardiac Tissue Research

Mapping technology is a core tool for electrophysiological research on cardiac tissue. It is applicable to a variety of experimental models and clinical myocardial tissue studies, allowing multi-dimensional analysis of cardiac electrical activity and providing critical technical support for investigating the mechanisms of the cardiac conduction system as well as cardiac drug screening. Among these, electrophysiological mapping systems can be used to explore the pacing and electrical conduction properties of cardiac tissue and locate potential origins of cardiac arrhythmias. Optical mapping systems, combined with living myocardial slice techniques, can establish an efficient drug screening platform that accurately detects electrophysiological alterations in myocardial tissue in response to drug intervention, thereby providing detailed data support for evaluating drug efficacy and related mechanisms.
