Ventricular Arrhythmia
Mapping technology is an important tool for ventricular arrhythmia research. Using optical mapping and other systems, it can accurately capture the changes in myocardial electrophysiology and calcium signals, providing scientific and intuitive experimental data support for exploring the pathogenesis of arrhythmias, evaluating drug effects and screening antiarrhythmic drugs.
Optical mapping system can conduct mapping of myocardial calcium transients and action potentials as well as quantitative analysis of relevant indicators to elucidate the mechanisms of ventricular arrhythmias induced by ischemia-reperfusion and other causes. It can also detect the effects of drugs on myocardial electrical conduction and action potentials, assess the proarrhythmic or antiarrhythmic effects of drugs, clearly present the spatiotemporal characteristics of abnormal electrical activities such as ventricular alternans and ventricular fibrillation, and analyze the reentry mechanisms responsible for their initiation and maintenance
